Q. Help! I can’t log in to my torah café account
A. We apologize for any difficulties you may be experiencing. Use the "forgot your password?" option underneath the sign-in to access your account using your username and email address. If you are still having trouble, please email us at support@torahcafe.com and we will help you reset your password
Q. The video doesn’t load
A. Firstly, take a look at the device you are using. If you are on a mobile device, you may be in a location with poor reception- try again in a different location or on a different device.
Secondly, think of the browser. Some old browsers don't support video - try using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
If you are still having trouble, please email us at support@torahcafe.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Q. Can I download classes from TorahCafe?
A. Currently, we offer MP3- audio downloads using the MP3 button located underneath the video player. Downloading the audio of one class is $0.99, unlimited monthly access is $4.99, and unlimited downloads for 1 year is $29.99.
Q. Do you support mobile devices, iPods, or iPads?
A. Yes we do! Our videos are viewable on all mobile devices, so you can take your favorite classes with your wherever you go.
Q. How often are new videos put up on the site?
A. We routinely upload new videos daily - please check in frequently!
Q. I heard you have a weekly newsletter- how can I get it?
A. Members of TorahCafe are automatically on our mailing list. Sign up HERE and begin receiving the newsletter right away!
Q. How can I contact a scholar?
A. Please email us at support@torahcafe.com and we will try to put you in touch.
Q. Are there sponsorship opportunities?
A. Absolutely! We have many sponsorship opportunities at TorahCafe. Please click the DONATE button on the homepage and you will be able to choose from a list of options.
Please make sure to specify that you would like to sponsor a day of learning, and which day you’d like.
Q. Can I request a class?
A. Our staff is always open to new ideas and suggestions. Please email us at support@torahcafe.com with your request and we will do our best to make it happen.
Q. Are there any classes near me?
A. JLI Courses are offered in over 350 locations worldwide, as well as courses designed specifically for Women, college students and teens. Click HERE to find a location near you.

Q. I’m having a class, can you film it?
A. Our staff is always on the lookout for fresh, new content. If you feel you have something valuable to add to TorahCafe, please email us at support@torahcafe.com. We will be in touch and do our best to arrange it.
Q. Can I add TorahCafe to my own website?
A. Yes! We have a TorahCafe widget which is easily embedded on any website. Please visit torahcafe.com/widget for simple instructions.
