Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recorded a special message marking the 200th yartzeit of the Alter Rebbe, founder of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement.
The message for for 24 Teves 5773 was recorded for the Annual Dinner of Colel Chabad, the humanitarian organization founded by the Alter Rebbe.
