Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef is the Sephardi Chief Rabbi of Israel (also known as the "Rishon LeZion"), the rosh yeshiva of "Yeshivat Hazon Ovadia", and the author of a set of books on Jewish law called "Yalkut Yosef".
